ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2017 and has grown into a small, high-energy team of two full-time and two part-time professionals who love what they do. Before opening the agency, I ran a bowling center, but when a friend told me that becoming a State Farm agent was the best decision he’d ever made, I decided to take the leap—and it’s been an incredible journey ever since.
As an entrepreneur and proud mom of three grown boys, I bring a mix of determination, positivity, and real-life experience to my work every day. Giving back to the community is also close to my heart. My family has supported the Idaho Youth Ranch for generations (my grandfather even purchased horses for the program), and it’s an honor to continue that legacy.
Our office culture is all about energy, connection, and celebration. We believe in leading from within: coaching, supporting, and growing together. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Juliet Blick - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
